The Offense has no excuse to play that bad. We have enough playmakers but our O-line can't hold up for shit right now. Even after changing to Zone running Jacobs still running through quicksand getting hit behind the line. No good. Adams needs to go and we need to build a team that makes sense.

Dude is a backup playing like a backup. Yeah let's keep him in case our rookie QB goes down next year. We have to draft QB we have no choice.
There is no Direction, we will look very different next season.
If he maintains this level of play then traded. Cleanse the team of MCD's please.
We Absolutely have to address the O-line in the offseason. Jacobs getting tackled behind the line from behind. We need a legit center and need to stop messing around with James at this point. He's a backup.
Looks like a Franchise QB if he continues to build on what he has. He has one of the best WR cores in the league right now and the other WR's are savvy vets. AOC is the best QB on our roster and has better stats against the Jets than elite QB's in the league. That's coaching, that's Moxy. If Adams is on board with a rebuild/re-tool the next year or two we might be able to punch the Chiefs in the mouth and take the division.
Coach AP has really given us an identity, an identity that we have been missing. I think Jacobs stays a Raider at least the next 3 years. Even Maxx Crosby says he's the heartbeat and leader of this team. He's one of the guys that kept us from falling apart after Gruden was run out of town. Even after MCD disrespected him I think Mark might keep him around.
Gruden drafted leaders. He's been gone for 2 years and those dudes kept this team from falling apart. Why you have to be biggot GRU!?!?!? He was suppose to be, "discount Jimmy G" style of QB. His arm is way better than I thought and he's playing better than our 70 million dollar QB. He's running a complicated system and making checks at the line. He's checking every box you need to work your way into a starting position in this league. Let's hope we at least split the next two.
