I’m just thinking how something like this would work where I live. Here, trucks can go up to 105km/h. When I’m pulling my trailer, I usually go at 100, so everyone needs to overtake me. There were instances when a small hill started the moment a truck was overtaking me, so I quickly reduced my speed to allow the truck to pass, but the truck was on the left lane overtaking me.

So, the truck is in the left lane connected to the electrical network on top. There are cars behind it, so it’s not an exclusive lane. Now, suppose there’s a slow car in front of the truck. The truck can’t pass by the left, it’s the slow car that must go to the left to allow the truck to pass, but that violates traffic laws. Is that right?
