Damn OP, this post got massively downvoted. At -10 currently. I think people are being defensive of Lemmy and not understanding your point.

I 100% agree with you.

May I ask, what is your PhD/thesis about?

Have you ever sold feet pics? You could probably make some money!

Damn.. This takes forever to scroll.

Can you hide this behind a thing that makes it collapse somehow? Took me 5 minutes to scroll on the phone. I am now late for an appointment.

There is a whole instance for star trek!

Startrek.website. I don't think they have a community for the game though. Maybe ask one of their mods to create it? /u/[email protected].

Edit: how does one tag a user?

I feel like those topics should be prime for lemmy. Most people on Lemmy seem to be quite technical and well educated/smart. Programming.Dev would be a good home for those topics, no?

You could try creating a lifting community on Lemmy, no? Who knows, maybe it would pick up?

What is a sub/community that you wish existed (actively) on Lemmy?

Maybe there are others like you and we can actually get it running, or maybe to already exists but you just don't know!

This looks awesome!

Is this real? This might be fake news..

If it is real, I wonder what that mother thinks.. I wonder if she hates her country and Putin.

Oh wow, that is so interesting.

Intelligence wise, are the people who have these sort of brains "normal"? Less inteligent? More inteligent?

I didn't call that minor. I said "other minor things".

I just watched this video and found it awesome. I am not sure if this is the best community for it. Please, feel free to post it elsewhere! The more people that see it, the better!

I have View NSFW enabled. However, I don't see NSFW posts..

I do see them in the desktop, using the same account..

I am looking for climate related YouTube channels. Suggest me some please.

I currently use Swiftly Switch. It is an app that adds a small bar to the side of the device and by swiping that part, I am shown a list of apps of my choosing. This allows me to open apps much faster.

Sadly, it is not open source. Is there something similar but open source?

I feel like changing my ringtone.

What is yours?

Community links are not working in Boost, are they?

[email protected] should be a workable link, that is, if you click on it, it should redirect you to that community. It does not..

Also, on boost, is it possible to have Autocomplete for usernames/communities as one has in the web/desktop version of lemmy?
