I was just thinking the same thing.

You can expect to pay between $18,000 to $32,000 dollars for a year of rent for a 1 bedroom in Toronto. So if you assume that rent doesn't get higher in Toronto (HAHAHAHAHAHA), that just means his rent is paid until he dies.
