Is there a list of blocked instances somewhere? I was trying to interact with a thread from lemmygrad i found on lemmy.ml but could not get it to come up in search. This makes me assume its blocked

I appreciate that I'm super new here and this instance is working hard to maintain a good morale for its users. I was looking for Late Stage but it's honestly the kind of collective group that could attract less than diplomatic individuals. Not shocked to see its instance was blocked.
