- Vote based on comment quality, not agreement. This community aims to foster discussion; please reward people for putting effort into articulating their viewpoint, even if you disagree with it.
- No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning
We ask that the users report any comment or post that violate the rules, to use critical thinking when reading, posting or commenting. Users that post off-topic spam, advocate violence, have multiple comments or posts removed, weaponize reports or violate the code of conduct will be banned.
All posts and comments will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. This means that some content that violates the rules may be allowed, while other content that does not violate the rules may be removed. The moderators retain the right to remove any content and ban users.

By Sunday it'll be back to 200% and by Monday back down to 80%. And everyone in his circle will clap and start crying and say this was the most art of the deal we've ever seen.
I wondered when he'd back down, and what excuse he'd give to his followers.
I think at this point the air has made a circle around the globe and Xi starts smelling Trump's desperation. I doubt China is going to do anything until the USA caves in completely. After all, in a couple of months shelves are going to look pretty sparse, and there is no one to blame but Mr "the most beautiful word is tariffs."
The internal war between Republicans, MAGA and right-wingers over tariffs will be fun.
As a European, it's like a reality show that affects me personally. It's fucking wild.
