yeah just join Lemmy Canada took me 10 hours to set up the account so I’m here I got a kbin as well I will post that later but hello Lemmy Canada 🇨🇦

I was just wondering .... 10 hours to set up the account? ... Why did it take so long?

For the verify the email it ended up in my junk mail and did not check it 😩 but now I’m fine

I think that all new users need to be manually approved, and if not, they used to be.

This is one of the reasons why I have never seen a spambot from .ca
