He spent nearly 1/4 billion dollars so that we could buy 24 packs of beer at grocery stores a year earlier than they would have anyways.

And still my dad thinks that the NDP would spend more and get less despite, ya know, the mountain of evidence that blots out the sun showing that that wouldn’t be true.

No one knows government waste like a Conservative.

That’s the great part about it

The next government is going to have to pay the bill for all this and it will make Ford look even better

Or banks can get involved and refuse to give loans to the next government

Wild. Who could have seen this coming?!

“Everyone”? Who’s that?

Don't worry, I'm sure tax breaks for corporations and the rich will help!

Im so ducking tired of people that can only argue about a dollar amount of government spending. When will all of you idiots get it through your cromagnonly thick skulls that it doesnt matter how much they spend if they spend it on the right things. Thats called investing in our future.

They could literally spend a trillion dollars per province, and it would not matter a god damned iota, if the money was spent correctly.

Starting to scrutinizing the what where and who the money is being spent is the only part that actually makes a difference. But you are being idiots that think money isnt supposed to circulate. So fucking dumb

But if we spend the money on the things people need, and that the public at large wants, how will that make the billionaires more powerful? Haven't you considered their needs?!??!?

A tale as old a time

Hopefully Canada can see it coming

Spoiler: If they’re a Conservative, they can’t. My dad will admit that Ford’s goverment sucks and still thinks that the NDP would be worse somehow. It’s like an abusive relationship.

What the hell Canada?

Non sarcastic reply to your obvious /s (thanks for the laugh!)

If people have more money to spend on things, then billionaires have more motivation to find things we want to give them money for. So removing the heqdache of rhe problems we have by solving problems means more money for them to hoover up and less broken people. Happy people will want to give away their wealth, unhappy populations hold on to it
