I've never been religious, but honestly it is uncanny. And each time I go "nah, you're just overthining it" it gets worse.
These people are literally heretics. They preach a "prosperity gospel" that's completely opposite of the actual gospels. They're trying to usher in a doomsday based on wacky interpretations. Ofc they're worshiping golden calves and whatnot. We're ruled by cults of christian and jewish fascists (ie. zionists). Their only god is violence.

While I don’t think the language does any favors (they’d point it out to write off the critique), it’s a good point, given what scripture says repeatedly about this sort of thing.
It’s also just weird, as Waltz would say. I know it’s a vanity, appearance thing, but it’s still bewildering how poor people flock to someone so maligned with their interests. They can see an image like this, and the propaganda is still stronger.
