She didnt sign up for some random human, if she wanted that she could have had Gaston.

Didn't peg Belle for being a gold digger though.

Books were a luxury

Maybe it's a similar situation like here (oglaf nsfw comic):

She was probably pretty disappointed, too. Ew!

"No offense, honey, but do you think perhaps if I went back to that witch and asked real nice she could turn you back, but this time because you were good not because you were evil"

He was better as the beast.

I'm no Disney expert but Belle is the only worthy Princess of the bunch

She wanted to pursue knowledge, not a boy or just fun; she dropped everything to save her dad instead of causing his death or dethronement; she was fully aware how disgusting Gaston was regardless of appearance; she was seduced by books not riches; and yes, she was ready to ride the beast

And then she founded the company "Bad Dragon"

??? Isn't that the whole point of the story ? How is that a fun fact?

[–] [email protected] 12 points 1 day ago

TFW no filthy rich furry bf

That's not a fun fact, that is the entier story...

[–] [email protected] 13 points 1 day ago

And like a million Rule 34's

Just like how Shek didn't know that Fiona would turn into a SBBW ogre. He was prepared to wear an angry skinny white girl like a condom

I didn't need that mental image. But since you have installed it in my head, I am honor-bound to upvote.

sigh

I wouldn't blame Belle if she was disappointed and called it off.

Tales can be cruel:

And people underestimate big dommy furries:

This comic is neither left-right or right-left orientation and that should be punishable by death.

[–] [email protected] 2 points 1 day ago (1 children)

Idk man. When I read it it only makes sense left-right.

[–] [email protected] 2 points 1 day ago

It's meant to be read upper left, bottom left, upper right, bottom right. So I guess that is technically still read left-right.

[–] [email protected] 2 points 1 day ago

I guess that seam in the middle means it's originally two pages.

I can't be the only one who was disappointed when the beast turned into generic inbred royal twink?

[–] [email protected] 47 points 2 days ago (4 children)

Not a real man like Gaston

That’s like, the moral of the whole movie is that she didn’t judge him for his appearance and wasn’t expecting a prince. I figured this was well known.

[–] [email protected] 53 points 2 days ago (6 children)

That's the interpretation from the modern perspective on relationships. The tale is from a time where women (well, more like girls to be exact) were married off without any say of their own, and the tale was supposed to tell them "hey, we know the guy we're forcing you to marry seems like a hairy monster, buuuuut if you can look past that he might be nice actually!"

Hey, no one said it was anything more than romantic. You don't have to fuck anything that moves.

[–] [email protected] 66 points 2 days ago (3 children)

Presumably she wasn't just prepared to ride the beast, she actively wanted to be ruined by it.

She was probably disappointed when the transition happened. She thought she was going to be raw-dogged by the monster.

Jerk off before you write your comment next time.

[–] [email protected] 4 points 1 day ago

Look, some of us are monster fuckers and you'll have to deal with it.

Can't find another source for this tweet from either Twitter or Reddit, but here's a screenshot of this tweet by Twitter user @hiimbobbi:

Personally, Belle was not fooling me or anyone. When the Beast changed into a human, I saw that look on her face. That was DISAPPOINTMENT.
