He says it’s unlikely because he believes we’ll surrender willingly. Don’t trust his words look at his actions.
"Highly unlikely" is an escalation when he was previously saying it wasn't going to happen

In my country, the UK, our MAGA-lite “Reform” party just secured a monumental number of local elections. And then there’s Germany with AfD. Spreads like a disease primarily because of social media and a whole boat load of manipulation
