The Sunset Limited. Samuel L. Jackson will remain, Tommy Lee Jones is replaced by a muppet. The movie is a joke room drama where Jackson's character has stopped Jones's from commiting suicide and trying to talk him out of not doing it again.
Major spoiler
In the end he is unsuccessful. Seeing a muppet definitively leave to commit suicide would be funny. You know, in a dark comedy way.
Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, obviously Johnny Depp as the only human. Basically no difference.

Arnold stays human, but the metal parts of the Terminator stay Muppet

The attempted mugging would be hilarious. The cookie monster screaming "gimme da cookies!" Miss Piggy as the supreme being.

Okay but now I'm imagining The Matrix, where everyone still in the Matrix are human, and everybody who escaped are Muppets. When Neo escapes, he is still human.
